Your dates: Enrollment begins only after approval, offer acceptance, and workspace activation—not when you apply. Your first six calendar months are free. The following 24 monthly billing periods are $15/month.
What’s included: Your subscription includes 20 active properties and unlimited team members. Each additional active property is $2/month. A property is active for a billing month when it has at least one scheduled or completed cleaning during that month.
In plain language: This is a limited founding offer with one protected offer per accepted business. Reasonable product use and candid feedback are expected. A positive review, sales quota, or referral is not required as a condition of the founding offer.
After the founding period: After 30 months total—six free months plus 24 months at $15/month—the account transitions to then-current Standard Cleaner Pricing with appropriate advance notice. Standard base pricing includes 5 active properties; properties beyond the included amount are billed at then-current standard rates.
Before any payment: We’ll show your exact billing date, active-property count, applicable charges, taxes, and cancellation instructions before obtaining payment authorization. Optional third-party services, client-payment processing, and future owner memberships are separate.

Is the beta really free?
Yes. Approved Beta Founders Club businesses receive six months free, followed by 24 months at $15/month. The subscription includes 20 active properties and unlimited team members; additional active properties are $2/month each. For the six-month free beta, reasonable product use and candid feedback are expected, but a positive review, sales quota, or referral is not a condition of receiving the free beta. After the 30-month founding period, the account moves to then-current Standard Cleaner Pricing, whose base subscription includes 5 active properties.
Does applying guarantee a place in the Beta Founders Club?
No. The founding group is intentionally limited, and we review applications before sending invitations. Applying does not reserve a place or start your offer clock.
Do my clients need to join Preppy?
No. The cleaner workspace can function as a standalone service with or without property-owner members. As the owner side of Preppy comes online, owners who join can connect their properties to your workspace and unlock more automation around scheduling, property information, turnover details, and routine coordination.
Is this only for vacation-rental cleaners?
Independent cleaners and small teams with mixed residential and STR work are welcome. We especially want to learn from businesses serving short-term rental owners.
Does Preppy process my cleaning payments?
Not in this launch. You keep your existing client-payment arrangements. A PDF invoice is not a payment-processing service.
What client information will Preppy need?
None for the application. During onboarding, we’ll ask for the properties you want to manage in Preppy, including property addresses and the owner or client contact information needed to support your day-to-day operations—for example, sending invoices and other service-related communications. Once the owner portal is live, you’ll also have the option to invite those owners to join Preppy. Owner membership will be optional; their contact information can still be used to support your cleaning operations.
What counts as an active property?
A property is active for a billing month when it has at least one scheduled or completed cleaning during that month. Preppy Beta Founders Club pricing includes 20 active properties; each additional active property is $2/month.
What is included in the platform?
Preppy is designed to be the operating workspace around your cleaning business: the place where your schedule, team coordination, property context, job records, and everyday operational workflow come together. The goal is not to give you another app to manage—it is to reduce how much you have to manage across separate tools, messages, and manual processes.
